Please notice:
- As we all know that have so many operator and frequency in the world, so please check the frequency of the sim card Compared with our goods, if you do not know the frequency, please ask your operator first.
- If the frequency is right ,but can not Connect automatic, for this can enter the ip address ,then setting the APN of the sim(the info can consult operator)
- If signal is unstable, you can also manage the settings page, lock 4G or 3G network, can effectively improve the stability of the network.
- LDW931-L is compatible with Nano SIM card.
- There is a SIM card slot on the USB interface of LDW931-L. When inserting the SIM card, please note that the metal surface side should face down.
- When you want to remove the SIM card, you need to use the attached needle to gently push out the SIM card out.

You can connect the product with a mobile power bank/notebook/UBS charger/a wall outlet then it will connect to internet. （If you cannot connect to the network, you need to disable the PIN code and modify the APN.）

Color differentiation of WiFi signal lights
When the product is working, the signal lights of the product will show different colors.
- 4G : Green
- 3G : Blue/Purple
The frequency band of the SIM card is not compatible with the product: Red
If the product burns out, the signal light of the product will not light up.

If your settings are correct and the device still cannot connect to the network, please consider whether it is caused by the following problems:
- Account got suspended for too much data usage.
- Is the SIM card an IoT card?
- The sim card have limited service ,not work with router or hotspot .
- Not support roaming service.
- Some place did not cover the network Frequency band.
