Q1: Why is my internet slow when I use it indoor?
A1: Since this is an outdoor portable 4G router, there is no external antenna. So we recommend buyers to use it when you outdoors, indoors it will affect the router to receive 4G signal outdoors.
Q2: My router's Internet speed is slow, how can I improve it?
A2: Buyers can log in to the WEB UI page and adjust the network mode of the router, which is recommended to be set to "4G
Only". If indoors, buyers are advised to place the router in a position suitable for receiving signals.

Q4: Can not recognize SIM card?
