FAQ:
Q1: Why is my internet slow when I use it indoor?
A1: As this is an outdoor AP router, we recommend that buyers use it outdoors. If used indoors, the walls will block most of the Wifi signals, affecting the user experience.
Q2:Why is the penetration of Wifi signals poor?
A2: 2.4Ghz Wifi has strong penetration and can transmit over longer distances, but is slower. 5Ghz Wifi has weak penetration, but is fast at close distances. Please avoid walls if you can, so whatever router encounters a wall will weaken the Wifi signal.
Q3: Outdoor wi-fi transmission is less than described distance?
A3: The transmission distance is affected by many factors, such as local network conditions, buildings, trees, etc.，maybe it cannot reach described distance.When installing the router, please avoid walls or other obstacles as much as possible.
Q4: The router Wi-Fi signal is weak?
A4: Adjusting the wifi protocol and bandwidth of the router will give you different network speeds and different transmission distances. You need to continuously debug to the best state for different environments and requirements.
Q5: Does the router support 360-degree signal transmission?
A5: The router is equipped with omni wifi antenna and support 360-degree signal transmission, making it suitable for various scenarios. Open areas such as factories, parks, gardens, etc.
Q6: Wrong or forgotten WIFI password?
