Q1: Can this router work in my country?
A1: The router not support Spain Digi SIM Card.Other SIM Card refer.If you are not sure whether it can work in your country,you can consult the seller or research it here before you place the order.Check SIM card web,www.frequencycheck.com.
Q2: Can not recognize SIM card?
A2: You can insert SIM card into the router for one minute first,then turn on the power.And then log in web ui page to check the sim card.If still not recognized the SIM card,please install another SIM card from another SIM card operator.
Q3: The device can not connect to the Internet normally?
A3: You need to disable the PIN code and modify the APN. Please log in web ui to fill in correct APN.About APN ,you can call your sim card operator to check.APN setting refer web, www.apn.how
Q4: Wrong or forgotten WIFI password?
A4: Users need to keep the router on, then press the reset button for 10-15 seconds and wait for the router to reboot, the router will restore the initial Wifi password.
Q5: My router's Internet speed is slow, how can I improve it?
A5: Buyers can log in to the WEB UI page and adjust the network mode of the router, which is recommended to be set to "4G Only". If indoors, buyers are advised to place the router in a position suitable for receiving signals.
Q6: Why can't 4G network speeds reach 300Mbps?
A6: Router's 4G chipset top capacity is 300Mbps, and 4G base station's theoretical top speed is 300Mbps too.However the 4G base station provide service to many 4G users at the same time,instead of giving full 300Mbps bandwidth to one user,and 4G signal strength, SIM card limitation and environment would affect the network speed too
Q7: Why the internet speed slower when the SIM card is inserted into the router than in the phone?
A7: Please don't compare the speed of our router to the speed of a cell phone. Our product uses a cheaper 4G chip than a cell phone 4G chip and has a different design scheme, so it is not comparable.

KuWFi C280 is a CAT6 4G LTE Router 1200mbps 2.4GHz 5.8GHz Dual band Wifi.With 1 100Mbps WAN port, 2 100Mbps LAN ports and 1 SIM card slot, insert a 4G sim card, when the 4G router transmits Wi Fi router, it can be connected to other devices through a lan network cable.
You can enjoy Wi Fi with your friends and family. Cat6 4G wireless modem mode is selected by default, and a standard SIM card is inserted. Support 2.4GHz 5.8GHz, 2.4GHz Wi-Fi speed up to 300Mbps, 5.8GHz Wi-Fi speed up to 867Mbps,effectively reduce co-frequency interference increase wireless transmission range, eliminate blind spots.

The Router provide a standard SIM Card Slot. After inserting the SIM card and logging in to the WEB UI to configure the APN information, the SIM card signal can be converted to Wi-fi signal.4G LTE transmission rate up to 300Mbps(DL) / 50Mbps(UL).
1200Mbps 2.4GHz 5Ghz Dual Frequency Wi-Fi Router:
Providing 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz dual band wireless services, 2.4GHz up to 300Mbps access rate, 5GHz up to 867Mbps access rate.When the user chooses different Wi-fi frequency or set different Wi-fi protocols, the network speed and transmission distance will be different, which can be adjusted according to the actual use.
Support Three Working Modes
(1)AP Mode:
Connect the upper-layer network to the WAN port of the router through a network cable to provide the Internet for the router. Users can choose to connect to the router's Wi-Fi signal or LAN port to provide network for other devices.
(2)4G to Wi-Fi Signal Mode:
After inserting a SIM card, log in to the WEB UI to configure correct APN information for the SIM card. It will convert the SIM network signal into a Wi-Fi signal.
(3)4G to Wired Mode:
When the router successfully connected to the SIM card's 4G network, the user can provide the network to other network devices through the LAN port.
4Pcs External Antennas:
Four external antennas provide more stable and better signal transmission. Two 4G antennas, one 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi antenna and one 5.8Ghz Wi-Fi antenna.
10/100 Ethernet WAN LAN Port
The Router with 1x 10/100 Mbps WAN port and 2x 10/100 Mbps LAN port.To meet the needs of different users, Ethernet ports are provided, which can be used in a variety of scenarios.
