CPE830D's RF power can reach to 28dBm, equipped with 15dBi Panel Antenna, PTP WiFi distance up to 3000 meters( two unit work) . Meanwhile, the RF Power is adjustable for different country to comply with different WiFi Standards in different country Multi operation mode for different application environment.
Repeater mode:Bridge the exist wireless signal then transmit Wi-Fi for more range
AP mode :In this mode, NAT, DHCP, firewall, and all WAN-related functions are turned off. All wireless and wired interfaces are bridged together, regardless of LAN and WAN
Super WDS mode :In this mode, it usually refers to the point to point connection. The wireless AP bridge and
communicate with CPE only. AP and CPE connected by SSID scan or MAC Banding. Then the encryption mode of AP and CPE must be consistent. PoE Power and DC Power together make installation flexibility (Default 24V POE adapter) CPE830D support 24V passive PoE for some areas where power outlets are not readily available; It support DC power supply for some area near to power socket, flexibility in installation. Long-Distance Wireless Connection
One work as AP mode and another work as Repeater mode or WDS mode.
Link multi AP in a network, all the associated client can communicate with each other.
1.PC configuration if PC connect CPE by wireless
Set PC wireless network IP to 192.168.188.x (x: 2--250), same network segment as CPE, subnet mask: 255.255.255.0:
2.After IP address configuration, connect to CPE’s wireless SSID: Wireless 52.4G, and input password (Default Password: 66666666)
3. Log in the CPE: Open your web browser, type in 192.168.188.253 in the address bar, enter admin in User blank bar, then login; Or can enter root in Admin blank bar, then login
4 setup CPE
Set one CPE to Master CPE or Host, in LED Display will start with “H”H CPE connect to other router , C CPE connect to PC or camera .
Master CPE channel must be same as Slave CPE,.Press Reset 1 second on both side, the two outdoor devices will start bridging:
(Noted: LED Display Bridge will be finished in 2 minutes 20 seconds.)
Note: F is function and confirm button; S is setting button.
5. If you just buy one unit , you can make other work mode as Wireless AP, Repeater mode
6. setup work mode and SSID or password and other setting .and choose good Channel.
7. finish all setup ,please cancel fixed IP .
8. Share wifi signal .please if use two unit together , In order to get a better signal, need to put in the height of consent.
